FM Cosgrave & Associates is an established independent firm of Certified Public Accounts and Auditors licensed to operate under the regulations of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland. The firm was established in 1982 and has been offering tailored professional accounting and tax services to a range of businesses and individuals for over 30 years.

Meet The Team
Mario Cosgrave
A qualified C.P.A Accountant Mario has over 30 years experience in strategic planning, business valuations and corporate finance. Mario originally trained with Deloitte before founding FM Cosgrave and Associates in 1981. Over the years he has built up a wide portfolio of clients that cover every sector of Irish business. He has developed a range of skills to enable him to provide the best possible service to businesses. Mario specialises in business start ups and ongoing business development for a wide range of clients, as well as tax planning & corporate governance issues.
Imelda McDonald
Imelda McDonald joined FM Cosgrave & Associates in 1994. She qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1999. Imelda is responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients including manufacturing, construction & farming.
Imelda has a strong technical knowledge in the areas of auditing, financial reporting, taxation and company secretarial.
Liz Dunne
Liz qualified from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Software Development (honours degree). She joined FM Cosgrave & Associates in 2002 and proceeded to qualify as a Certified Public Accountant in 2005. Liz provides a strong professional & personal approach to dealing with clients and has accounting and audit experience across many client sectors. She tailors her service to meet the requirements of each individual client and believes that the timely production of financial information is a key factor in the continued success of any business.
Liz has a large portfolio of clients, ranging from large scale wholesale companies, large retail undertakings, construction companies, charitable organizations & friendly societies to smaller sole trade businesses and partnerships. She also provides tax compliance services across all tax heads, has a detailed knowledge of company law requirements and facilitates the registration needs of new business start ups.
Lil O'Leary
Lil graduated from Dublin Business School in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts Business Studies Honours Degree. She began her accountancy career with Conlan Crotty Murray Chartered Accountants and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2003, the same year she joined FM Cosgrave & Associates. Lil has spent almost 15 years in audit where she brings extensive experience in providing accounting and advisory services to a broad range of clients across a broad range of sectors. She has managed the audit of a large number of clients in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution & construction sector.
This knowledge together with her attention to detail & methodical approach to assignments allows Lil to produce timely critical reports to shareholders to allow accurate & timely decisions to be made. Lil has a large client portfolio ranging from privately owned companies to professional partnerships and sole traders.
The team are also supported by Lavina, Maura and Ann who provide client support & book-keeping services and organise the day to day running of the office.
